A VinTimate Evening

A VinTimate Event with Chris Upchurch of DeLille Cellars and Executive Chef Brian Scheehser Trellis announces its first VinTimate event held March 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m. The new monthly VinTimate series pairs premium wine with specific culinary tastings, engaging art and music presented in a relaxed reception style. Each of the wines, paired with hors d’oeuvres and small plates will be introduced by the featured Winemaker and Executive Chef of Trellis. Interspersed with the food and wine, the local artist will display his work, sharing thoughts and inspirations for the creations. VinTimate allows for guests to interact, socialize and move about the Heathman lobby taking in the art, meeting the winemaker and conversing with the chef. The first VinTimate features highly regarded Executive Winemaker and Owner of DeLille Cellars, Chris Upchurch pouring 2008 Chaleur Estate Blanc, 2008 Rousanne, 2007, Doyenne AIX, 2007 Doyenne Signature Syrah, 2007 Chaleur Estate. Executive Chef Brian Scheehser will be serving created tastes of Trellis matched to each DeLille wine.
