Thursday, April 1, Bradley and Mikel team up with Barrage Cellars for a paired wine dinner, whose winemaker Kevin Correll produces in Woodinville from the very best Eastern Washington growers; his award-winning run with Cabernet Franc, “Trifecta” Merlot and a Chardonnay called “Nuclear Blonde” back up his savvy for creating great tasting wine. A VinTimate Evening April 15 with Jean-Francois Pellet of Pepper Bridge

Trellis announces VinTimate event held April 15, 6:30-8:30 p.m. The monthly VinTimate series pairs premium wine with specific culinary tastings, engaging art and music presented in a relaxed reception style. Each of the wines, paired with hors d’oeuvres and small plates will be introduced by the featured Winemaker and Executive Chef of Trellis. Interspersed with the food and wine, the local artist will display his work, sharing thoughts and inspirations for the creations. VinTimate allows for guests to interact, socialize and move about the Heathman lobby taking in the art, meeting the winemaker and conversing with the chef. April’s VinTimate features highly regarded Executive Winemaker Jean-Francois Pellet of Pepper Bridge, a family-owned estate winery whose mission is to make ultra-premium, world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot wines that showcase its Walla Walla Valley estate vineyards.
