Il Fornaio
March Wine Events
Wednesday, March 16, at 6:30 p.m., your chance to savor five, much-loved Col Solare and Marchesi Antinori wines–and be among the first to taste Col Solare’s unreleased 2007 vintage–has arrived! A passion for Cabernet Sauvignon brought winemaker Marcus Notaro to Col Solare with its 2003 vintage, but his history with the winery at Red Mountain dates back to 1995. He’s worked closely with Tuscany’s legendary Antinori family and keeping in mind a “taste first” winemaking philosophy. The evening’s selections will be paired thoughtfully with five, authentic Italian courses by Il Fornaio Chef-Partner Franz Junga.
