Ravishing Radish Catering Introduces New Travelling Bar Program Called Lavish
Gather Clients and Co Workers Together in Your Own Venue
For Immediate Release
August 1, 2013
Seattle, Washington—Ravishing Radish, a longtime Seattle catering company, is pleased to announce the launch of Lavish, a new travelling bar program suitable for corporate events and parties held in office venues. Fully licensed and adhering to Washington State Liquor laws, Lavish offers full service wine and spirits service and was created to meet the needs of busy corporate structures and schedules.
Owner Lisbet Mielke explains, “Many caterers can’t offer wine and liquor services because they aren’t licensed. Because we have Ravish, an intimate bistro and bar in Seattle’s Eastlake neighborhood, we can create full service self-contained bar service for our customers.” Understanding that many of her corporate clients like to unwind with coworkers and a glass of wine or a cocktail at the end of the day, Mielke has designed a very flexible program that is easily customized.
Lavish provides the fully trained professional service staff and the glassware, and corporate party planners can choose from basic drinks such as wine and beer to more elaborate bar menus featuring signature cocktails, premium beers and wines, a champagne bar and a whisky bar. Thanks to her long term relationships in the wine and spirits industry, Mielke also sources rare and harder to find specialty wines and spirits, such as Oola Bourbon, Voyager Gin, Pacifique Absinthe, Wysling Band of Sisters, and Gilbert Cellars’ Allobroges and Mourvedre. The Garden Gimlet, a Ravishing Radish signature drink, is a perennial favorite and changes with the seasons, highlighting thyme from their rooftop garden in the summer and sage in the winter.
Mielke explains, “Each Lavish event is different and we are very pleased with our customizable service and bars suited to the needs and wants of corporate decision makers. We know that our travelling bar program offers comfort, convenience and flexibility for staff, managers, and busy executives. With the holidays just around the corner, we also know that our customizable bars feature endless options for entertaining in a distinct and creative yet simplified manner. We do it all. You just have to show up, order, and smile.”
