Hard to believe, but two years ago, Pearl had just opened its doors. Today, it's thriving thanks to loyal customers like you and critics not just raving about the food, but also its popular happy hour (publications such as Seattle Magazine, Bellevue KOMO, and the Bellevue Downtown Association's Bellevue Local Table). Time to try what's new on the cocktail menu: Pomegranate Poinsettia (Pama, Domaine Ste. Michelle, Cointreau, and fresh squeezed orange juice) the Candyland Martini (Stoli vanilla, Rumpleminze, grenadine and house made syrup) and the French Toast Martini (Stoli vanilla, Kahlua, and Bailey's Butterscotch liqueur).
