The soon-to-open Sullivan’s Steakhouse at Sixth and Union has put the polish on its Seattle menu, illustrating incredible cuisine at unexpected value. Chef’s Selections tempt with pure bliss. The bone-in Kansas City strip ($39) heaps on an 18-ounce steak to dominate the plate. Non-steak must-tries include the pan seared black cod “Hong Kong Style,” with baby Bok Choy and sherry-soy glaze ($34) and JL’s all-beef Meatloaf ($19) among many more! Complimentary salad is served with all entrees (choose from the Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with Blue Cheese Dressing or Caesar; other salads are a nominal charge). Doors open June 19! 621 Union Street, Seattle. www.sullivansteakhouse.com. Follow Sullivan’s Steakhouse on Twitter: @SullysSeattle and Facebook
