Best reason to come back to Belltown
Belltown received the ultimate Christmas gift a little early this year! Ventana Restaurant, adjacent to newly remodeled Twist, has opened its doors and opened eyes with its New American menu. Ventana’s power team, Chef Joseph Conrad, Owner Dave Lyon and General Manager Franco D’Amico, has created a breath-taking atmosphere and an equally show-stopping menu. Alicia Arter from Seattle Magazine, raves about the creative introduction of “multiple French sea salts in the menu, and in interesting mixes like soy salt with edamame, lavender/rosemary salt, truffle salt with fries, and Nicoise olive salt paired with fresh bread and olive oil.” Chef Joseph’s inventiveness includes such fare as Ahi Tuna & Watermelon Satay with soy sambal, salted peanut brittle, and thai basil to Bone Marrow Gratin, served with salsify, parmesan, and truffle oil. Book a table for the fare and its sweeping view of Elliot Bay!
